Express Registration Stations and Full Service Kiosks offer the same intuitive user interface attendees utilize when registering in advance.  Express Stations are utilized by attendees who have registered in advance (post badge mailing cut-off) and simply need to obtain their meeting credentials, tickets and other items they did not receive in the mail.  Full Service Kiosks are deployed to facilitate the complete registration process of new attendees.  The functionality of these kiosks mimic the online advance registration process including live membership verification, payment processing, badge previews, etc.

Message Centers and Friend Finders

Our Message Centers including friend finder functionality are fully integrated with the registration database making uploads of data to third party message center providers a thing of the past.  Message centers provide a platform for attendee to attendee communications and the ability to disrtribute important conference/meeting updates.  Message Centers are also serve as excellent sponsorship opportunities.

CME/CEU Stations

Our CME/CEU module is fully integrated with the registration database and customizable to meet customer and accreditation requirements. Combine surveys, meeting evaluations, certificates of attendance and other functionality with CME/CEU stations in the registration area or throughout the convention facility. 

Registration Receipt Kiosks

Facilitate the issuance of receipts onsite using J. Spargo's registration receipt kiosks.  Attendees enter their email address and registrant ID# to receive a printed copy of the registration receipt.

Session Availability Monitors

Communicate with your attendees.  Session availability monitors can be located in the registration area or other areas of the convention facility to alert attendees about sessions that are sold out, nearly sold out or sessions that have been cancelled or relocated to different meeting rooms.

Access Control and Tracking

Access control and attendee tracking software allows organizers to restrict access to sessions without ticketing registrants.  Barcodes or magnetic stripe technologies are deployed to control attendees access to specific sessions and social events.  They can also be used to provide reporting on session attendance and monitor exhibit hall traffic.  Readers/scanners are available in desktop or handheld models.

Handout Printing Kiosks

Go green and save money! J. Spargo & Associates' meeting material printing websites and onsite kiosks are the answer to reducing printing and distribution costs associated with abstract books, proceedings and other educational materials.  Make conference/meeting handouts available for download by attendees in advance of the meeting and provide print stations onsite equipped with high speed duplex printers for last minute handout printing.
