Event Logistic Function Book

Enterprise Event Management System (EEMS™) is a powerful proprietary event logistics database used to gather and transfer event scheduling, IT, decorator, catering, AV, security, sign copy, and other logistical information to host facilities and third party providers

EEMS™ also produces draft sign copy for production by a third party vendor, event management reports, and event financial reports

Floor plans for specific functions are produced by the J. Spargo Logistics Personnel using a “to-scale” floor plan production program (not a CAD) and are "coded" for quick referral. Each code is incorporated within each function record in the Function Book for rapid reference by all parties

Likewise specific BEO reference numbers are also incorporated into the EEMS™ database for efficient cross-checking and referral to catering requirements and costs

Reports from EEMS™ are extremely sortable so the Client, Facilities, Vendors, and Staff can choose the “sort format” that most satisfies each of their reference needs

“Changed” and “New” record information can be generated and sorted separately for follow-up reports up to immediately prior to event staging and “onsite”
